1. Who we are

Vizual Labs ("Vizual Labs", "we", "us", "our") is a software development agency operating vizuallabs.co and the client portal, dashboard, and tools reachable from it. Our registered offices are at Zamirun Nessa Palace, House-86/1, Road-1, North Adabor, Dhaka-1207, Dhaka, Bangladesh and 133 Crystal Street, Brooklyn, New York 11208, New York, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site and our products, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, and project details when you submit the contact form, the quote form, or the newsletter signup in the footer; your resume, cover letter, and application answers if you apply to a job posting; and your email and password if you create a client-portal or dashboard account.
• Information created by using the product — messages you send our AI chatbot, the content of projects, tasks, and files you or your team create inside the client portal, and basic account activity (sign-in times, session activity) needed to keep your account secure.
• Information collected automatically — standard server request data (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) that our infrastructure logs for security and rate-limiting, and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not buy personal information from data brokers, and we do not knowingly collect more than the above.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to: respond to project inquiries and quote requests; evaluate job applications; operate and secure client-portal and dashboard accounts, including optional two-factor authentication; send the product and engineering updates you opt into from the footer newsletter signup; answer questions through our AI assistant; send transactional email and, where you've consented, SMS; and detect and prevent abuse of our public forms (for example, rate-limiting repeated submissions from the same address).

We do not use your information to serve third-party advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. Full detail, including the exact cookie we set, lives in our Cookie Policy.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the product, each bound to use it only to provide their service to us:

• Groq — processes the text you send our AI assistant, to generate a response. We do not send your account password, payment details, or files to Groq.
• Our SMTP provider — delivers transactional email on our behalf. We send email directly over SMTP rather than through a managed marketing-email platform, so your inbox activity (opens, clicks) is not tracked by a third-party email-marketing vendor.
• BulkSMSBD — delivers SMS messages to Bangladesh phone numbers, where you've opted into SMS updates. This gateway does not serve phone numbers outside Bangladesh.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vizual Labs, our clients, or the public.

6. Where your data is stored

Unlike many software products, we do not run your data through a third-party cloud database, object-storage, or email-marketing platform. Our application, PostgreSQL database, Redis cache, and uploaded files (resumes, project media) all run on infrastructure we operate ourselves. This is a deliberate choice — it means fewer third parties ever see your data, not more.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form, quote-form, and newsletter submissions for as long as they remain useful to the relationship (typically the life of a prospective or active engagement, plus a reasonable follow-up period), or until you ask us to delete them. Job application records are kept for the recruitment cycle and a limited period afterward for record-keeping, consistent with applicable law. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period after deletion in case you wish to restore it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to: tell you what personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information, subject to any record-keeping we're legally required to retain; export a copy of your data; or withdraw consent for email or SMS updates — every marketing email and SMS we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly. 9. Children's privacy

Our site and products are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Vizual Labs operates between the United States and Bangladesh. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed on infrastructure located in one or both of those countries.

11. Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we make a material change, and where a change significantly affects your rights, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know directly (for example, by email to account holders).
